These Terms of Use and Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Agora Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and you, the individual downloading, installing, or using the Mingo application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately and uninstall the App.
IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE IN SECTION 14, AFFECTING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IT ALSO INCLUDES DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND A MEDICAL DISCLAIMER.
Mingo is a personal health-tracking application designed to help users log and monitor their GLP-1 medication doses (such as semaglutide and similar treatments), body weight, progress photos, water intake, and fiber consumption. The App integrates with Apple Health to import and synchronize health-related data at the user’s discretion.
The App is provided as a self-management and tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor does it provide medical advice of any kind.
The App is strictly a tracking and logging tool. Agora Labs does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosage guidance, or any form of clinical recommendation. All information displayed within the App is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any medication, including GLP-1 receptor agonists. Any decisions regarding your health and treatment are solely your responsibility. Agora Labs expressly disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on the App for medical decisions.
Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other healthcare professional relationship between you and Agora Labs. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to be used as one.
The App is not designed for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Certain features of the App may require account creation. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Mingo is designed with a local-first, privacy-centric architecture. All personal health data—including medication dose logs, weight entries, water and fiber intake, and progress photos—is stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your personal health data on any external server or cloud database.
Progress photos taken or imported within the App are stored locally on your device only. These photos are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any external server.
If you use features that involve food photo analysis, such photos are processed in real-time for nutritional estimation purposes and are immediately discarded after processing. No food photos are retained, stored, or transmitted to any external server beyond the momentary processing required to deliver the feature. The resulting data is saved locally on your device only.
The App may access and synchronize data from Apple Health with your explicit permission. This data is used solely within the App for display and tracking purposes and is governed by Apple’s Health Data policies. Agora Labs does not access, store, or transmit Apple Health data to any external server.
Any analytics or diagnostic data collected for the purpose of improving the App is fully anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users. This anonymized data contains no personal health information.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Agora Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive property of Agora Labs and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by Agora Labs without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality.
The App may incorporate third-party software or libraries, which are subject to their respective license terms. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any third-party license, the third-party license shall prevail with respect to that component.
The App offers the following subscription options:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (collectively, “App Stores”). Payment terms, billing cycles, and payment methods are governed by the respective App Store’s terms and conditions. Agora Labs does not directly collect, process, or store your payment information.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
Agora Labs reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods and will take effect upon the next renewal. You will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App or via email.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period. Agora Labs does not process cancellations directly; all cancellation requests must be managed through the respective App Store.
Refunds for purchases made through the App are governed by the refund policies of the respective App Store:
Agora Labs does not have the ability to process refunds directly, as all transactions are handled by the App Stores. For any billing disputes, please contact the respective App Store’s customer support.
Lifetime subscriptions are non-recurring purchases. Refund eligibility is subject to the respective App Store’s refund policies as described in Section 8.2.

Agora Labs commits to a minimum service level agreement (SLA) of one (1) business day for initial response to all customer support inquiries. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, complex matters may require additional time.
Customer support covers technical issues, account inquiries, billing questions, and general feedback about the App. Customer support does not include medical advice, health guidance, or treatment recommendations of any kind.
You may provide content through the App, including feedback, reviews, and suggestions (“User Submissions”). You are solely responsible for any content you submit.
By submitting User Submissions, you grant Agora Labs a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such submissions for the purpose of improving and promoting the App.
Agora Labs reserves the right to remove or edit any User Submissions at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason.
Agora Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may request account termination at any time by contacting customer support at agora.apps.dev@gmail.com. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device unless you manually delete the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AGORA LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
AGORA LABS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP FOR HEALTH OR MEDICAL PURPOSES. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AGORA LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AGORA LABS’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AGORA LABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agora Labs and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any health-related decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for disputes relating to intellectual property rights or matters eligible for small claims court.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you believe that any content within the App infringes your copyright, please report it to our designated agent at agora.apps.dev@gmail.com with detailed information including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith.
Agora Labs reserves the right to seek damages for knowingly false or misleading infringement notifications.
Agora Labs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through the App or via email at least thirty (30) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the App.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Agora Labs regarding the use of the App, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Agora Labs to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
Agora Labs may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any successor entity. Users will be notified of any such assignment.
Agora Labs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
By using the App, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Agora Labs, including notices, updates, and promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
